In August Phil Skelding was appointed to the position of Managing Director in the newly inaugurated Frostkrone UK. Both Innovate Foods Ltd and Abergavenny Fine Foods are the foundation businesses of the Frostkrone UK entity.
Phil has more than 25 years’ experience in chilled food manufacturing; he commenced his career in an operational role and has been at Samworth Brothers as a Managing Director, with responsibility for a division operating multiple manufacturing sites for the past four years.
Phil has a proven track record in both private label and retail markets, together with strong leadership skills.
Frostkrone UK will group activities in the UK to prepare for further growth, and to enhance the use of Frostkrone Food Group synergies and market opportunities.
